Online and in-person training must be successfully completed to pass this course. Developed by a team of psychologists, behaviour analysts/therapists and physical intervention specialists, Safe Management Group’s (SMG) Crisis Intervention Training uses evidence-based practices and techniques that are customized to address the unique behaviour and safety risks associated with those working in healthcare as well as working with children, youth, and adults.
