This course provides an overview of financial management and covers financial statement analysis, forecasting, operating and financial leverage, working capital management, and sources of short-term financing. It provides a brief review of time value of money concepts as a stepping stone for capital budgeting decisions to be reviewed in Business Finance 2. Some long-term financing valuation concepts are also addressed. Prerequisite: Intermediate Accounting 2. Textbook required.
