This course introduces the participants to both theory and research findings needed to understand how to help groups work effectively. Participants also learn the skills required to apply that knowledge in practical situations with the adult learner. Emphasis is placed on co-learning processes, learning partnerships, group development, issues in leadership, trust & empowering groups. Textbook required. NOTE: This course has mandatory chats and mandatory group work.
