Food Nutrition & Hospitality Management for LTCM/RCM [CSCL27]  

This course is designed to help the learner examine how food and nutrition can help to achieve optimum health and well being. It will also provide an opportunity for the learner to investigate nutritional care for seniors through an understanding of food service operations and the MOH dietary standards. In this course the learner will experience a combination of food preparation and service theory. The learner will understand the importance of developing strong organizational, team building and communication skills. Prerequisite: Operational Overview. Textbook required.
