Communication is an important aspect of everyday lives, and effective communication is key to building an inclusive and productive work environment for both employees and clients. Workers and employers communicate on a regular basis, sending and receiving information, and yet one is not always aware of how their communication is interpreted. This course examines the importance of how messages are received, how words and/or actions can be construed, and what facial expressions convey that words cannot.
