    Step into the culinary arts kitchen with a professional chef and learn proper knife skills.  Explore traditional knife cuts such as julienne, brunoise, batonnet and much more.  You will also learn peeling techniques and other tricks of the Chef’s trade. This course includes the importance of knife care and safety, and the basics of sanitizing, handling and storage of kitchen knives.
