This course is designed for students who possess a broadened knowledge of French and can converse using a wider range of vocabulary, pronouns and verb tenses. The focus of this course is on interpersonal communication, while continuing to reinforce and build on the four fundamental skills: oral expression, oral comprehension, as well as reading and writing. Students learn, through a variety of engaging and interactive activities, principles to sharpen their communication skills, particularly in the use of past, future, and conditional tenses. Emphasis is on expressing temporality with more accuracy as well as demonstrating increasing conversational skills such as creating narratives and participating in role plays. Pre-requisite: LANG401K. Textbook required.
