Admission to the online bridging courses is made available to practicing RPNs through OCAS. Only accepted applicants are eligible to register for the courses listed below. These courses are available for anyone to take but it is important for all prospective students to understand what will be required for admission to semester/level 5 of the BScN program after completion of the bridging courses. Courses should be taken in the following order:
- Biochemistry and Pathophysiology - CSSL1003
- Scholarly Writing - CSSL1002
- Nursing Informatics - CSCM1008
- Health Assessment - CSCM 1006
- Microbiology - CSCM 1007
- Transition to the Role of RN - CSSL1004 (This must be taken last.) Upon acceptance of an offer to enter semester 5 of the SLC BScN program, the associated lab NURS6508 will be offered. A lab fee will apply.
