In this course, you will relate clinical biochemistry to client disease states commonly encountered in nursing practice. Using a case-oriented approach, you will expand your knowledge of pathophysiology by interpreting the alterations in levels of key chemical markers in a variety of patient samples. In this course, you will identify major classes of microbes and describe microbial structures and functions along with their biochemistry and growth requirements.
