Meal planning takes the guesswork out of the question,'what am I going to eat', and can help ensure that your client eats a variety of nutritious foods throughout the day. Some clients have special dietary requirements, food restrictions, or food choices that impact what they eat. Through activities you will learn to use the available food items in the pantry to prepare and make modifications to menu items to meet the needs of your client. This course will help you learn about dietary restrictions and how to build meal plans that your client will love.
